You’ll have a trusted, experienced presence by your side — not just during labor, but throughout the entire season of preparation and recovery.

Two Private Prenatal Visits

Thoughtful, in-depth sessions designed to help you feel prepared and grounded. We’ll cover:

  • Birth preferences and options

  • Comfort measures and coping techniques

  • Partner support strategies

  • Hospital or birth center procedures

  • Any concerns or previous birth experiences

These meetings ensure your birth plan reflects your values — not someone else’s template.

Continuous Labor Support

12 hours of in-person support during your birth, plus unlimited phone and virtual guidance during early labor. Additional hours billed hourly.

  • Emotional reassurance and steady presence

  • Physical comfort techniques and positioning guidance

  • Advocacy and communication support

  • Partner encouragement and collaboration

My focus is helping you feel calm, capable, and supported in every phase of labor.

Postpartum Visit

A dedicated time to:

  • Process and reflect on your birth experience

  • Check in on physical recovery

  • Discuss feeding and newborn care

  • Provide referrals or additional resources as needed

Because birth doesn’t end when your baby arrives — and support shouldn’t either.
